	PLANETARY POWER on MORNINGTON ISLAND Bushlight is a program funded jointly by the Commonwealth of Australia and the states covering the northern part of the country and is designed to deliver reliable renewable energy based power supplies to indigenous communities across the top end of Australia. Planetary Power won the first Bushlight contract to be awarded in Queensland – in August 2004, for the supply, installation and maintenance of solar power systems to two outstations on Mornington Island, at Birri Williams and Gunan Woonun.
